GROUP DISCOUNT 

 

For groups, we offer a discount of 20 euros per person who buy the full, premium, gold or weekend pass in the group of 5 people. And 30 euros discount in the group of 10 people. The group organizer earns 10 euros discount per person who purchases the full premium pass.

Performer Information

  • We greatly appreciate the time and financial commitment that students and teachers make to perform at congresses around The Netherlands and the World. We are thrilled to be able to offer performers a great stage on a professional dance floor, lighting, video and photography to help make your performance a memorable event. We are also happy to offer approved performers access to purchase the reduced price PERFORMER Pass.
    All performers, competitors, and instructors MUST register online in advance. From anywhere on the Congress site, click on "Tickets" or "Register Now". Click on "Performers". Choose Performer Pass.

  • Our staff will be verifying all of the performer names that are submitted. Only team members that are actually performing at the Amsterdam ZNL Zouk Festival are eligible for the performer discounts. 

  • To be eligible to purchase the PERFORMER Pass the team leader of each performance team must first have submitted the performance application below for consideration. Please note that only the team leader from each team needs to submit this form on behalf of the whole team. Team members should wait until their performance application has been approved and they have received their unique PERFORMER PassCode before booking their ticket. Performance Applications close on 20th July 2019.​ IMPORTANT: IF YOU ARE NOT PERFORMING AT THE AMSTERDAM ZNL ZOUK FESTIVAL 2019 DO NOT PURCHASE THE PERFORMER PASS CAUSE YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CHECK IN TO EVENT WITHOUT UPGRADING YOUR PASS OR WILL BE RECEIVING A WRISTBAND WITH THE EQUIVALENT PRICE OF THE TICKET YOU HAVE PURCHASED!!!!!!

Purchasing with Different Payment Method types 

If you are purchasing your ticket using bank transfer or PayPal make sure to identify your ticket type, complete name and email for future contacts, the confirmation of payment of the method used ( bank or Paypal) give you the excess to the event, you can present it with a document with photo at the reception desk.
You will only get an email from the organization if there s anything mistaken on your purchase like the price paid it's not equivalent of the ticket type you described or any doubt on the ticket type, etc. Remember the purchase will be considered valid and give access to the festival when the correct amounts are transferred to our bank account. So please check your spam box too. If you do not get an e-mail from the organization it means its all good with your purchase.
